Across the front and back is the player number “21” painted in maize. The player number also appears on both sleeves and across the back on a navy blue nameplate is the player name “HOWARD” all screened in maize. On each shoulder are the Rose Bowl “MICHIGAN Big Ten Champions 88-89-90-91” and “Rose Bowl 1992” logos. This jersey is properly tagged and was presented to us as game-issued.
