On the front left tail is the Sand-Knit size “48” manufacturer’s tag. Adjacent above is an additional tag reading “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the UTAH JAZZ” tag and adjacent to the left are two box tags reading “87” and “4” LB” embroidered in black. On the right inseam is a “100% NYLON” tag with washing instructions. Across the front reads “JAZZ”. The player number “45” appears on the front and on the back. These are painted in yellow and white. Across the back reads the player name “DAWKINS” in white tackle twill sewn directly onto the purple mesh jersey. On the upper left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
