This cup and saucer marks the Brooklyn Dodgers' 1952 National League Championship. The Dodgers almost went all the way that year, dropping a World Series Game 7 heart-breaker by a score of 4-2 to the juggernaut New York Yankees. The cup and saucer are in excellent to near mint condition, almost like new except for a slight chip on the side of the saucer. A logo printed on each has a Dodgers flag and lists the years that they were National League Champions. "With sincere appreciation from the Dodgers National League Champions 1952" is printed on the bottom of the saucer.
