The most valuable player of Super Bowl XLI, Manning is the only starting quarterback to win a Super Bowl with two different franchises. Adjacent to the inner right ear hole is "18 MANNING" on blue dymo-tape. Riddell manufactured helmet with the Colts team logo decal on both sides. The clips are not dated. On the back are the blue player number “18” decals and below reads “COLTS”. Adjacent above the player number “8” is an American flag decal. To the left is the official “NFL” shield logo decal, to the right is a warning label decal and a “Mounted Memories” hologram serial number “A042995”. On the inner right ear is the “VS-R” warning label and there is an additional warning label on the inner left ear. All inner padding is intact along with the chin strap and facemask. Manning signed the right outer dome in black marker and in our opinion the signature rates a 9. This helmet is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use and may have seen action for a limited time or prepared as a backup. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA, a Mounted Memories COA for the autograph and an Upper Deck LOA specifically stating that this helmet was game-used.
