On the front left tail is the Reebok manufacturer’s tag. Attached are two flag tags reading the size “48” and “6” L.B.”. Adjacent above is a “MeiGray Group Game-Worn Authentication Program” tag serial number “MGG000837”. On the right inseam is a flag tag reading “100% NYLON” with washing instructions. On the inside of the jersey below the rear collar is a strip tag with “06-48 O”. On the v-neck is the official “NFL EQUIPMENT” shield logo. On the upper left chest is the Eagles 75th anniversary patch. Below reads, “EAGLES” in white and black stitching. The player number “58” appears on the front, on the back and on each shoulder in white on grey on black triple tackle twill. Below each player number on the shoulder is a Reebok logo embroidered and an Eagles team logo patch. There is custom darting on the shoulders. Across the back reads the player name “T. COLE” in white on black tackle twill on a green nameplate. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a NFL LOA.
