On the front left tail is the “reebok” manufacturer’s tag with flag tag size “48”. Below the inner rear collar is a white strip tag with “04-48” in black. On the left inseam are two tags, one with a list of body fabrics and another with wash instructions. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” logo shield embroidered in red, white, blue and silver. Adjacent below reads “Patriots” embroidered in red, white, blue and silver. Across the front, on back and on each sleeve is the player number “12” in navy blue on white on red tackle twill. On each sleeve is the New England “Patriot” logo embroidered red, white, navy blue and silver on white tackle twill. Adjacent above each is the Reebok logo embroidered in navy blue and white. From available images it appears that the sleeves may differ very slightly in length from what Brady wore during the season. We were unable to photomatch this shirt. Across the back is the player name “BRADY” in navy blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use.
