This shirt was worn by Troy Glaus on July 24, 2002 vs. the Oakland Athletics. Glaus was hit by a pitch with a run scored in the Angels 5-1 victory. On the left front tail is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag. Written below is “4” in black marker indicating set number. Above is the MLB hologram numbered “MT 00073444”. Inside the rear collar is a second “Rawlings” tag with size “52”. Directly underneath are two flag tags, “Plus 3 Inch Length Plus 2 Inch Sleeve Length” along with a wash instructions tag. Across the front is “Angels”. Player number “25” appears on both the front and back. Player name “GLAUS” appears on back on a white nameplate. All numbers and letters are done in red on navy tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the state of California with halo embroidered patch. On the right sleeve is the Rawlings embroidered “R” logo. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use.
