Kirby Puckett was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2001. On the inner sweatband is the “New Era” manufacturer’s tag with adjacent “MLB” tag. There are remnants of a size flag tag which has worn off, cap measures a 7 to 7/1/8. Player number “34” is written under the bill in black marker. The cap is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use with sweat staining. Other than the size tag missing, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
