This is the largest pinstripe Yankees shirt we have ever handled other than Babe Ruth. CC wore this jersey on June 14th, 2011 at Yankee Stadium, winning his eighth game of the season striking out six. It is accompanied by a photo of CC wearing the shirt on the mound in the Bronx. On the left front tail is the “Majestic” manufacturer’s tag with Steiner (179778) and MLB (493616 FJ) holograms affixed. Attached are four flag tags, “2011”, “56”, +3”SLV” and “+2” body”. Below is the NY Yankees bar code inventory label numbered “0000000663”. On the left breast is the team interlocking “NY” logo. Player number “52” appears on back. All these numbers and letters are done in navy blue tackle twill. At the back neck is the official MLB embroidered logo patch. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use. It is accompanied by a LOA from Yankees-Steiner.
