Nicknamed "Stan the Man", Stan Musial played 22 seasons for the St. Louis Cardinals from 1941 to 1963. A record 24-time All-Star selection, Musial accumulated 3,630 hits (ranking fourth all-time), and 475 home runs during his career. He was named the National League's MVP three times, and was a member of three World Series championship teams. Musial was selected for the Major League Baseball All-Century Team in 1999. President Obama presented Musial with Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest honor that can be bestowed on a civilian, at the White House in 2011. He was enshrined in Cooperstown in 1969 on the first ballot. Manuf: H&B, Model: M140, Length: 34.5 in, Weight: 33.5 oz, Wood: Ash, Condition: Uncracked. There are ball/hit marks present on the left and back barrel. There are green bat rack streaks on the bottom knob. A small mounting hole is present in the knob. Musial has signed the front barrel in blue marker rating a 9. There is an additional Musial signature on the front barrel in faded black fountain pen. Overall: Excellent with light-moderate game-use - PSA/DNA GRADED 8. Accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA and another from JSA.
