To be perfectly honest I can’t see why Major League baseball could possibly want to change companies for ball production. The advantage of the cover coming loose seems to me that the pitchers and fielders would be able to get a better grip for better performance” etc… It is signed at the bottom “Professionally yours; Franke’s brother Joe Torre” in the same blue ink the letter is written, rating a 9.
