Official 1996 World Series baseball signed in the sweet spot by NY Yankee closer John Wetteland who added the inscription “PS. 9:10” in blue marker rating a 9. The ball is accompanied by a copy of a LOA which states, in part, “I Dave Phillips was a Major League Umpire from 1970-2002…do attest that this baseball was used during the 1996 World Series. I obtained it from someone in the clubhouse.” The ball shows nice use with dirt staining. It is further accompanied by a LOA from JSA, PSA/DNA sticker affixed numbered “C23674”.
