On the back inside collar is the “MASKA” manufacturers tag with the size “54” written in pen. On the front is the large "Buffalo Sabres" logo patch in white, yellow, and blue tackle twill. On the back and on both sleeves is the player number "39" in blue on yellow tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "HASEK" in blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. On each sleeve above the number is the "SABRES" logo patch embroidered in blue, white, and yellow. On the lower right back tail are the embroidered "CCM" and “NHL” logos. On the inside back is the original fight strap. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from Milt Byron.
